Third time around is as good as it get for us with Dick Hanna. Got a first hand excellent service and a chance to meet up with Bill Farra and the rest was history. This was our third car from here and can't say enough about Bill and the rest of the Dick Hanna Crew! Hoooooooaaaah!!!!!

We have bought several vehicles in the past and this was by far our best experience in trading in and purchasing. Steve Bushey and the others- I cant remember the other names- manager finance - insurance rep, but they were all very friendly, helpful professionals. Our daughter recommended this dealership and we were not disappointed.

At the urging of my son, I took a test drive of the 2014 Grand Cherokee at Dick Hannah Jeep even though I lived 250 miles away. I was so impressed with both the car and with Michael Manning, the salesman, that after returning home I contacted the internet sales department. Kent Ha provided me with several possible choices, all which took in to consideration my requests. I was able to choice my car and negotiate a price from the comfort of my home. When I returned to the dealership, I was taken on a second test drive, and walked through the entire purchase procedure by Jennifer Doll, who was very friendly and informative. It couldn't have been easier, and I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Jeep to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.

Sales was very helpful the test drive was good, no pressure sales. Ron Lewis was excellent, very customer orientated, attentive and extremely helpful. The one comment that I have is finance typed up the contract for the trade in payoff on the wrong vehicle. I did not notice until I returned home. I called them and they told me they would fix it without needing anything from me, however it would have been nice to have a follow up phone call to reassure me that they have corrected the problem and connected the correct payoff vehicle to the contract. Overall the experience of buying our new Rubicon was good. I would recommend Dick Hannah to others when looking for a good experience in car buying.

We had an excellent experience at Dick Hannah Jeep in finding and buying our new Jeep. Our sales consultant, Bill Farra listened carefully to what we were looking for and was very patient as we considered several models. He suggested Jeeps that we had not considered and helped us find exactly what we wanted. The rest of the sales staff was thorough and considerate and spent considerable time finding the lowest interest rates and best insurance offers. We enthusiastically recommend Dick Hannah and Bill Farra.

Regarding the Service Dept. I have nothing but praise. These guys have been straight up professional, attentive, POLITE, and a joy to work with during every visit. It doesn't matter who greets me and handles my visit that day, I have yet to experience anything less than a 5 star day from this dealership. I had an oil change, and they checked everything out for me, I am going on a big trip and I wanted to make sure my 02 Ram 1500 was good to go. The only thing that they fixed was a bulb in the license plate holder, and they replaced it for free!! Everything else was checked out. Great job.

Jessica the service person was friendly, helpful, resourceful. She signed me up for the service, and then referred me to a colleague for warranty work. The service was performed on time and the auto seems to be working fine. So overall I'm very satisfied with the service.
