Dick Hannah Jeep puts a high priority on informing our customers of any recall that may affect their Jeep vehicle. We feel that this mirrors Jeep’s responsibility as an automaker and it validates the trust our loyal customers have placed in us. In the event of a recall, we notify our customers in the form of mailings, phone calls, and other efforts to further enforce the importance of bringing their vehicle in for repair and to ensure customer satisfaction always. Protecting our customers’ safety is a number one priority, which is why we hold true to this commitment. You can check recalls by vehicle identification number (VIN number) or by selecting the year and model through the Jeep Recall Lookup. The most effective way to determine whether your Jeep vehicle is subject to safety recall and has not yet been repaired is to enter your 17 character VIN number. VIN search results will return safety recalls specific to your vehicle that have not been completed. Year, make and model results will return general safety recall information that affect some vehicles within that population of vehicles, but may not affect YOUR vehicle specifically. It is recommended that you search by your Jeep’s VIN number.
